Songjeong Beach in Busan is not as well known as Haeundae beach but equally as beautiful with white sand and way less people.
The area around Songjeong beach is also less commercialised, you can find many people fishing from the docks or taking pictures from the Songiljeong Pavilion.
With romantic cafes and restaurants, it is the ideal place for a date or a special day and its selection of specialist eateries ensure that there will be something to fit every taste....
I only stayed at Songjeong beach long enough to stroll to the other side and stop off for a late lunch as the weather was a bit grey and hazy.
The beach is open from early July until the end of August and is located 15 mins from Haeundae Beach. Outside of the high season in May and June and again in September and October, the weather is still warm and the beach reverts to its tranquil and natural state with only a handful of visitors enjoying the calm beauty of the ocean.
